VICTUS Networks, a joint venture of Vodafone Greece and Nova established in 2014, specializes in managing Radio Access and Transport Networks for its parent companies. As a non-market-facing entity exclusively serving its shareholders, VICTUS embarked on an ambitious employer branding campaign, with the slogan “BE VICtoriUS, to position itself as a prominent employer in the Greek Tech market. They refined their company identity, collaborating with the digital agency, Generation Y, to establish a robust online presence and engage potential candidates via social media. Strategic partnerships with student unions and educational institutions broadened their talent pool. VICTUS employees played a crucial role as ambassadors, boosting employee satisfaction and fostering organizational pride. This comprehensive approach led to significant increases in website traffic, social media followership, and improvements in recruitment and employee satisfaction metrics.
